We are now working on creating UTB 2.0  as UTB gears up to be a stand-alone four year college. Grant Writing – Educated and Organized grant writing teams in a department and cross departments
Faculty Writing Club – Met with faculty once a month to review where they were in publications, organized teams, and set writing goals
Paragraph Writing Certificate Program – Cross campus team that developed a paragraph writing certificate program for faculty to add writing to their courses and without greatly increasing grading and commenting time
ePortfolios – Beginning stages of organizing a committee to create a online workshops for faculty and students to develop ePortfolios
Adjunct Orientation and Retention – Created an online orientation, BCPImpact and face to face orientation and retention activities
Teaching Assistants Orientation – Created a cross campus orientation for graduate teaching assistants
Virtual Worlds – Developed an online training for students and faculty using virtual worlds
Technology Supported Learning – Beginning stages of developing a certification program for faculty on appropriately integrating technology in their courses.

Redesign of Orientation – Campus wide committee to redesign freshman orientation
Paragraph Writing – Committee to develop workshops to educate faculty across the curriculum how to add writing standards and activities in all courses.
Virtual University Committee – Lead a faculty committee to set department standards for technology and software and seek ways in which to apply for grants and funding for technology

Dual Enrollment – Rouge faculty committee to increase oversight, rigor and procedures for a runaway dual high school/college enrollment program
